Jonathan Ruzicka, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Jonathan was born locally in Houston, TX but grew up in The Woodlands. He comes from a large family of 10. After graduating from The Woodlands High School in 2004 he went on to play football at Midwestern State University and Texas State. During his time in college he had what he thought was a career-ending back injury with two bulging disks. The search for someone to help him fix his body without surgery is what led him to his passion for Physical Therapy.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State and went on to get his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch. After completing Physical Therapy school, he went on to join the top 1% of his profession by completing a 3-year Fellowship in Manual Therapy.
After opening a clinic for a colleague in Houston from the ground up, he discovered that his passion was to help even more people; by finding and implementing his knowledge so that everyone he encountered would have faster recoveries and the long-term results that they deserve!
Personally, Jonathan is married to a bombshell! [His words*wink]. He is blessed with two little boys (2yrs. and 6 months) that you may see on his Facebook page from time to time and Ollie, the fiercest Maltipoo north of 610.

Steve was born in Denver, Colorado and spent the first eight years of his life as a mountain kid. He then first moved to Houston to spend four years here before moving to London where he learned more about the sport of proper football and Liverpool Football Club. After four years, Steve moved back to Houston to finish out High School and then attended college in Salt Lake City where he played 2 years of NAIA Soccer with Westminster College and learned about recovery after receiving a serious knee injury.
After having graduated with an International Business Major, Steve moved back to Houston and started in the financial realm but was always playing soccer and working out. Over the years Steve suffered from other sport and weightlifting injuries that introduced him to physical therapy and the importance of maintaining strength and proper form while lifting. Over the years he developed a holistic approach in his workout programs that helps clients progress and get better a little at a time that adheres to the Kaizen model.
Personally, Steve is an entrepreneur of sorts having started Project Delta a faith-based soccer program in 2009 that still continues today! He is still a massive Liverpool supporter and enjoys instructing and participating in Bootcamp classes, and taking on Spartan Races.

Allison grew up in Lake Jackson, TX and spent most of her life in the greater Houston area. She started dancing at the age of five and quickly discovered a deep passion for the grace, technique, and artistry of classical ballet. She continued to dance throughout her time in college, developing a fondness for social dances. Later in life, her dance background led her to teach barre fitness classes, where she rediscovered the mental and physical rejuvenation that a regular movement practice brings. Her time in group fitness revealed a curiosity for body mechanics and a passion to coach and educate. This, along with her own challenges with back pain and a desire to further assist clients with injuries sparked a search for knowledge and a new career path that led her to RPM. Allison is beyond thrilled to be a part of an exceptional team who prides themselves on creative solutions that move and motivate people towards positive health outcomes.
Allison met her “smartypants” husband Nicholas swing dancing in Houston and moved to The Woodlands in 2016 when they got married. When she’s not at the gym you can find her playing with her cat, arranging flowers for friends, or spending time with her husband and family.
